How to book a repair?
Step 1: Find out the model number.
Pull out the right hinges and compare the engraved model number (Model-No) in the “Model determination” category with the table
Step 2: Select Category
Select beats repair service, bose repair service or the desired model in the header
Step 3 Add item to cart
Place the desired repair item (service) in the shopping cart
Step 4: View shopping cart
1.click on the page on the shopping cart at the top right
2. then click on the “Checkout” icon
Step 5: Continue as a guest
Click on the “Continue as Guest” icon and enter address details
Please provide your email, mobile number. whatsapp number .
Step 6: Email (customer form)
You will receive an email with an order confirmation and customer form. Print out the email (order confirmation).
If you haven't received an email,
Download the customer form and fill it out by hand.
Step 7: Packaging and shipping
Pack the printed email or customer form and your headphones in a well-protected package.
Carry the package to a DHL branch and create a shipping label to:

Step 8: Feedback
Once your beats have been repaired and sent back, you will receive an email or WhatsApp message with the DHL tracking number.
Step 9: Return shipping
Wait for the DHL courier, open the package and listen to music again!
